7 DAY MINI TOUR – DELHI - CORBETT - RISHIKESH – SHIMLA – DELHI
- Day 1 – Leaving Delhi we drive to the famous Corbett Tiger Reserve with it’sabundance of wild animals and migratory birds, and even a glimpse of the elusive tiger. Hotel in CORBETT PARK
- Day 2 – Enjoy watching the wildlife coming to the river to drink at sunrise and sunset. An elephant safari will take you closer to many species all set in a pristine sanctuary. Hotel in CORBETT PARK
- Day 3 – Next morning we drive to Rishikesh, known for it’s many Yoga ashrams. Join in with many devotees for the magical Hindu Aarti evening lights ceremony on the banks of the river. Hotel in RISHIKESH
- Day 4 – Take a yoga class, an Ayurvedic massage or just chill out with a good book besides the river. Experience white water rafting on the Ganges and a light trek to a waterfall for the more active. Colorful Sadhus and pilgrims in this very holy setting. Hotel in RISHIKESH
- Day 5 – Drive through picturesque countryside and pine clad mountains to Shimla – a touch of “ Olde Worlde England” of the Rudyard Kipling’s era with it’s quaint stone buildings with Tudor facades. Hotel in SHIMLA
- Day 6 - Promenade on the Mall with it’s fresh mountain air and sweeping views to the Himalayas. Quaint English churches and the Gaiety Theatre take one back in time. Enjoy this very restful interlude. Hotel in SHIMLA
- Day 7 – Take a short morning flight back to Delhi for some last minute shopping and sight seeing before leaving for home. TOUR ENDS
